FAQ

  • Though the words are not permanent on the ornament, it is strongly smudged, scratched and water-proof. However, Scratching hardly with fx nails should still be avoided.

  • It depends on the style of the ornament. Some are big enough to fit in a short sentence.

    The limit of wording will be showcased on the purchase page for each styles.

  • You will receive either the milky white or dusty orange string.

    However, you can welcome to contact me if you have a specific choice. I will try my best to fulfil it.

  • If you wish to have names written at the back of the card (fx. Til Matte & Fra Anna), it is possible.

    All you need to do is write it down as a note before you check out and pay.

  • I always try my best to fulfil orders asap. Lead time for the ornaments would be around 1 week.
